Alexander "Sasha" Volokh is a Professor of Law at Emory University School of Law, specializing in Law and Economics, Administrative Law, Privatization, Antitrust, Corrections, and Legal History. He holds a JD and PhD in Economics from Harvard University and a BS from UCLA.

He clerked for Supreme Court Justices Sandra Day O'Connor and Samuel Alito, and Judge Alex Kozinski of the Ninth Circuit. Previously, he held visiting positions at Georgetown and University of Houston Law Centers.
